1. Send it for Jesus Outreach Tour 2026
Send it for Jesus Outreach tour is our annual once a month stop at local skateparks. We set up a tent, throw a bbq for the skate community, clean up the skatepark area, have a Bible devotional with the group, and have a fun skate sesh together. We look to have many faith building conversations and build relationships with the skate community each stop on the tour. These are held on Sunday afternoons from 2-4:30pm and all are welcome.
2. Faith in Action Nights
Faith in Action Nights are free community‑focused skatepark nights dedicated to serving, encouraging, and uplifting the action‑sports community in St. John IN. We clean the park together, share a short devotional, and skate as a crew – creating a space where everyone can grow in community, faith, and action sports. Meet at the Gates of St.John skatepark and head to the Skate Ministry tent at 6pm. We will discuss the cleanup plan for the night and hand out cleanup supplies to everyone. We then split up in groups to cover the whole Gates of St. John park, walking trails, and parking areas. Returning back to the tent after about 1/2 hour to gather up the trash and cleanup equipment. After cleanup… You are welcomed to stick around at the tent as Testimony Skate Ministry will share a quick Action Sports themed devotional time to encourage you. Water and light snacks are provided for all Faith in Action Night participants. Then we’ll hit the skatepark for a sesh together. There is no fee to participate. These are held twice a month on Friday Nights from 6-8pm at Gates of St John Skatepark. Gates of St John Skatepark
3. Grid and Grace Bible Study
Grind & Grace Bible Study is held on Tuesday Nights from 6-7pm at Asylum Skatepark in Round Lake IL. We have dates that run in the Spring, Summer, Fall, as well as a couple special winter contests. Grind & Grace is free to attend and open to ALL action sports riders. Attend the Bible study and your skate session afterwards is free that night. Grind & Grace is built for riders that crave more than just tricks and adrenaline. It’s a place where the action sports community can explore faith, ask real questions, and discover what it means to live and ride with purpose. Come chase Truth and shred with intention.
4. Illiana Skateboard Circuit Contest
Illiana Skateboarding Circuit (I.S.C.) is a yearly skateboarding contest series held at various skateparks in NW Indiana a Concludes with the final stop at Asylum Skatepark. Our skate ministry comes alongside these events to Love on and Serve these communities. At these events we cook for the big crowds, help with cleanup, and aim to be a light for the Lord by way of serving and loving our neighbors. We have so many great conversations and meet people right where they are with the Love of Jesus. Come join up with us and see what the Lord would have for you that day. The I.S.C. dates and locations will be released when they have everything locked in with local park districts. They are held on Saturdays.

Testimony Skate Ministry
Our Mission – “Go you into all the world, and preach the gospel” Mark 16:15
Go Sk8 / Share your story / Tell His story
Going into all the world includes all the places you skate. Backyard ramps, skate parks, and all the rad street spots. The first part of our mission is to simply Go SK8.
God has given you a special story to tell. Your testimony is the link to telling His story.
The second part of our mission is to simply share your story. Let others know about your life before Christ, how your life has been radically changed by Christ, and about the peace, assurance, and purpose you now have in Christ.
The last part of our mission is to simply share the Gospel with those around you and then continue to help in building them up in their relationship with Jesus that their faith would increase to obey and become Christ followers. Our goal is to help make disciples that make disciples that make disciples.
Our Vision
Our ministry team is passionate about spreading God’s Word, making disciples and sharing the love of Christ with others.
We aim to accomplish this through multiple avenues. We look to provide spiritual, educational, and social events and activities that will promote Godly relationships. We aim to equip individuals to serve one another; first within their families, communities, our nation, and throughout the world.
We look to point to Christ and then to fellowship in a local Bible believing church for continued growth in the Word alongside others.
We serve and connect with many communities while building relationships with the skate scene. We partner with other skate ministries, as well as local churches to reach the local skate community through skatepark outreach, contests, camps and missionary outreach
Outreach Tour – Send it for Jesus
Throughout the spring, summer and fall we host an outreach tour at many local skateparks.
At the outreach events we offer a bible devotional, snacks and refreshments, provide resources, and look to have many faith-based conversations with everyone at the skatepark.
We welcome volunteers who are passionate about reaching others with the Gospel.
If you’d love to know more about our outreach tour, or ways you can serve alongside us… please reach out and let’s Send it for Jesus together.
