  • OXYMELS: The ancient Greek word oxymel translates to “acid and honey.” The simplest definition is an herbal extraction of vinegar and raw honey.
  • TINCTURES: Tinctures are concentrated herbal extracts made by soaking the bark, berries, leaves (dried or fresh), or roots from one or more plants in vinegar. Tinctures have been around for millennia and are a key component of traditional herbal medicine.
  • HOMEMADE YOGURT: Yogurt has long been celebrated for its myriad health benefits, from being an excellent source of calcium to serving as a probiotic powerhouse.
